1. Introduction
These License Terms (“Agreement”) govern the licensing of software, websites, and related deliverables provided by Craftvolt Solutions (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“Licensee”, “Client”, “you”) as part of website design, software development, hosting, and domain services offered via craftvolt.in.
By using or accessing the licensed software or deliverables, you agree to be bound by these License Terms.

2. Grant of License
· Scope of License:
Upon full payment and subject to compliance with these terms, Craftvolt Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the licensed software or website on a single domain (or as otherwise specified) solely for your own personal or business use. This license includes the right to incorporate the software, in whole or in part, into your website or application.
· Limitations:
o The license does not permit you to copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or transfer the software or any derivative works.
o You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code.
o Backup or archival copies are only permitted as expressly authorized and solely for your own use.
o Use on multiple domains or installations requires separate licenses unless explicitly allowed.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
· All rights, title, and interest in the software, source code, documentation, modifications, and error corrections remain the exclusive property of Craftvolt Solutions.
· Derivative works or improvements created by you or on your behalf are also deemed the property of Craftvolt Solutions.
· You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the software beyond the license granted.

4. Consideration and Payment
· The license fee is payable upfront at the time of purchase as specified on our website or contract.
· License fees are non-refundable, and you confirm that you have reviewed demos or trial versions before purchase.
· No credit or refunds will be provided after payment.

5. Term and Termination
· The license commences upon payment and continues until terminated.
· Craftvolt Solutions may terminate the license immediately if you breach any terms of this Agreement.
· You may terminate by uninstalling or destroying all copies of the software but will not be entitled to any refund.
· Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the software.

6. Restrictions on Use
· You shall not:
o Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the software to any third party.
o Place the software on any publicly accessible server for distribution.
o Use the software in a service bureau, application service provider environment, or for providing services to third parties without explicit permission.
o Share or disclose source code or documentation with third parties.

7. Warranty Disclaimer
· The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
· Craftvolt Solutions does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability
· Craftvolt Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the software.
· Our total liability is limited to the license fees paid by you.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Craftvolt Solutions harmless from any claims or damages arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the software.

10. Confidentiality and Compliance
· You agree to keep all proprietary information confidential.
· You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the software.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
· This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
· Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Miscellaneous
· Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
· Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remain effective.
· Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with related contracts, constitutes the entire agreement.
